- Quill offers free delivery on most orders
over $45 anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States (except
as noted below).
- International orders are defined as shipments addressed to
countries OTHER THAN U.S. states or territories.

- The subtotal of your order is $45 or less; a flat rate of $7.95 will apply
- Delivery is expedited or
special, such as second-day air, overnight delivery,
or inside delivery. In zones where next-day delivery
isn't available, you may request overnight priority
for an extra charge
- Delivery is factory-direct

| Most orders are shipped via UPS. |
- UPS
automatically provides inside delivery (the driver
will bring the merchandise inside) on all items that
don't require additional shipping and handling charges
- For truck delivery on items
that require extra shipping and handling charges,
drivers will usually only provide tailgate delivery
(the driver will bring the merchandise to the tailgate
of the truck, but won't assist you in bringing the
merchandise inside)
- We can provide inside delivery
for an additional charge. If you request this service,
you'll receive more information about these special
deliveries and their charges before your order is
shipped. If your order requires extra shipping and
handling charges, a Quill Representative will call
you to confirm the charges

| Furniture Delivery |
- Delivery time is the normal transit
time it takes a truck to deliver the goods
- Drivers of our truck-shipped items
will bring your merchandise to the tailgate of their
truck, but you'll have to carry it the rest of the
way
- We also offer specialized delivery
services (below). These are designed for offices that
are not equipped to handle tailgate deliveries
- Furniture shipments are a
lot bulkier and take longer to deliver than you would
normally expect

| Advanced delivery notice: |
- The truck line will call
you 24 hours before the merchandise is delivered.
|
| Driver assisted inside delivery: |
- For $25 per delivery, the
driver carries merchandise off the tailgate of the
truck and, with your assistance, to the ground floor
of the building if not more than 3 stairs.
- If there is an elevator,
the driver will take the merchandise to the delivery
floor.
